Sporting God™ and all entities (NBA God™, AFL God, NRL God, but not limited to) are purely a sports tipping advisory company. By subscribing, you agree to our terms of advice.

The information provided by SportingGod.com and all Sporting God owned platforms, is confidential. Any use or dissemination of the information and any disclosure or copying of this information is strictly prohibited. The forwarding or copying of this information is prohibited. Any breach of this may result in membership cancelation - without a refund, and/or possible legal ramifications.

Member logins are confidential and are to be used by ONE PERSON ONLY! The logins will be tracked and if it is found that multiple people are using the same login, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription with no refund and take up possible legal ramifications.

By signing up to our service, you agree all correspondence is confidential, including but not limited to: Email correspondence, social media correspondence (messages, emails, texts ect). You agree that sharing this information will be a breach of contract and also accept full liability for any potential losses incurred by Sporting God.

If you are the provider of or are involved/employed by another sports tipping service/business, Under no circumstances are you permitted to be a member of Sporting God. Any breach of this will result in membership cancelation - without a refund, and/or possible legal ramifications for that individual and/or company they represent.

If you are found to be sharing our tips to a group of people without our permission, you agree that you are liable for the subscription costs for every person you share them to. We reserve the right to recover these funds as we see fit.

We want to remind all users to gamble responsible, as we do not condone any form of recklessness when it comes to gambling. We suggest that you budget wisely, and ensure your gambling expenditure is kept to an amount you can afford.

SportingGod is simply a platform for sharing tips and advice for you to use at your own responsibility, and we accept no responsibility for monies wagered on your part. Gamble responsibly.

In order to participate as a member in the site, you will need to be a registered member, of 18 years age or more, and legally able to enter into contractual relations. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from you and your account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. You understand and accept that we are unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have the complete legal right to use the site.

The advice, information and suggestions displayed via our site or otherwise, is provided via our site or as a result our site introductions, without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency or fitness for purposes.

Being part of the SportingGod community of members means you play by our rules. This means no defamatory comments across all our platforms of communication.

We appreciate hearing from you. Please be aware that by providing your feedback to our tipping services, whether it be it via email, posting via any public forum or otherwise (including but not limited to, any reviews, questions, photographs or videos) you grant www.sportinggod.com a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display such feedback of yours throughout any media platforms or advertisement.

All tips and analysis are posted in the members area and also via email. We deliver our emails to all subscribers in a timely manner, however do not hold any responsibility if your email provider marks our email as spam or puts it in junk. It is your responsibility to contact your provider to ensure our emails are priority and delivered correctly. There is an unsubscribe button on all emails. Unsubscribing via emails does not stop your subscription, it only stops emails and still allows you full access to our service via the members area.

To the extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude:   

• All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

• Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any member in connection with our site or the information advice services provided via our site (directly or indirectly) or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site or information services, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on or via it, including, without limitation any liability for:

•    loss of income or revenue;

•    loss or interruption of business;

•    loss of profits or contracts;

•    loss of anticipated savings;

•    loss of data;

•    loss of goodwill;

•    loss of other economic advantage;

•    wasted management or office time; and

for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

When you sign up for SportingGod, Your payment will be taken via the security of STRIPE. The account with which you pay with will be charged, and will also be automatically debited at the conclusion of your subscription period, in advance, for an automatic renewal of your existing subscription for all weekly, monthly and annual packages at full price.  Should you wish to not renew any of your subscriptions, it is your responsibility to advise us prior to the automated renewal date and charge of your subscription, or cancel the automated payments yourself via your memberful login. If you fail to do so, we are not liable for any refunds associated with the automatic renewal of any of your subscriptions. 

Yearly/Annual subscriptions renew 12 months after the date you subscribe. Monthly subscriptions renew 1 month after the date you subscribe. Weekly subscriptions renew 1 week after the date you subscribe. This continues until your subscription is cancelled.

All subscriptions are final. Refunds and extensions are not provided part of the way through a subscription period under any circumstances, although you can of course cancel your subscription at any time to avoid making any future payments. Cancellations must be completed through your memberful login and before the renewal date to avoid an extra charge.

We only suggest tips when confident and when games are available and reserve the right to not suggest tips on any given day if we see fit.

Use of any information provided by SportingGod.com in violation of the laws of your local jurisdiction is expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to check applicable legislation. If you are unsure if you are in violation of any legislation by making use of any such material provided by SportingGod, refrain from any such activity.

Any discount offers will renew at full price for the next subscription period, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renew prior to your renewal date and charge, should you wish for this not to occur. We reserve the right to update subscription pricing at any time. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with price changes which can be viewed on this website.

For packages that start earlier than 12 monthly such as brownlow, they will renew per 11 months to account for the start of markets and actual event start time. Example - Brownlow packages will renew at the start of the month prior due to the proximity of the count and event and to ensure no unfair double overlap.

All unit results advertised are general in nature and take into account the best odds available at the time the tip is released.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Refunds Policy:

We have a strict NO REFUNDS policy under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to: Charge backs and credit card claims. By purchasing any of our packages you agree to these terms. Sporting God reserves the right to cancel your membership at any given time should you not abide by any rules outlined above.

Members agree and warrant that no charge-backs or other cancellation of deposits will be made relating to your Account without our consent. In the event of any of the foregoing occurring, you agree to indemnify us for any costs, claims, damages and expenses relating to or arising in connection with this, including any expense incurred by us in recovering such amounts.
